i have really affordable costumes made from GRADE A spandex, other designs based on everyday fabrics ( suits, jeans, jackets ) and then some designs like this made from GRADE A latex and leathers. these look the best and last longer cause the materials are so excellent. most designs, even this one, have a spandex or everyday fabrics version available.

the one thing that is true in both the comic book super hero world and the real world is that presentation is everything. people judge you based on how you look. if your uniform looks like a child made it- people will most definitely think you're not serious. but if your costume is well thought out, has presence  and is made for quality materials...then they know you're serious about your goals and the causes you are trying to represent. i design hero uniforms and make them with quality products that will be durable and practical if you were ever to get in a situation where combat is needed.
